Entering the Altiplano

The first day of our Bolivian Altiplano 4×4 tour took us from 2900m in Tupiza up to 4955m, literally taking our breath away! The Altiplano is an extensive plateau region forming part of the Andes mountain range. With wide expanses, amazing rock structures and deep blue skies it was a playground for us as photographers.
